I’m a pretty big fan of peanut butter when it comes to desserts. If you’re like me, you might enjoy these so much that you won’t really want to share them! You might even want to double the recipe…or triple it. They taste best as warm, as they’re quite chewy that way! I hope you enjoy it very much!
1 cup of organic sugar (all the ingredients listed are natural or organic, since that is the type of foods I eat)
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of baking soda
1 1/4 cups of organic all purpose flour
1/2 cup of natural or organic peanut butter (I used Smucker’s Natural Peanut Butter)
1/2 cup of peanut oil
First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Then, use a medium sized bowl and add the peanut oil and sugar. After mixing it together, add the peanut butter and the egg. Using a separate bowl, add the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture. Mix well and spread in an 8×8 inch pan. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until a golden brown.
